EARLY INTERVENTION- Grand and Jackson County

Early Intervention is a play-based program for children birth to three years of age. Services offered through Early Intervention include free developmental screenings and locally based family oriented therapy to children identified with developmental delays.

Because the first three years of life are a critical window for development, Early Intervention has a significant impact on future services and support needs. Horizons offers professional developmental therapists who help parents encourage motor, language and cognitive development through play.

If you would like more information on our birth to three program, please contact Amy Miller at 970-887-1141. You can also call the State Early Intervention Office at 888.777.4041.
