Colorado Gives Day

We’re asking you to join us for Colorado Gives Day to make a difference in the lives of those we serve. For 24 hours on Tuesday, Dec. 7, Colorado comes together as a community, sharing stories from across the state and raising funds to help us and 3,000 other nonprofits continue our missions. Colorado Gives Day is raising funds between now and Dec. 7, 2021. Please consider making a tax-deductible donation so we can continue helping those who need it most.  Join other Coloradoans by Giving Where You Live!

Other Ways to Give!

Susan Mizen Legacy Endowment Fund

Inspired by Susan Mizen’s passion for helping individuals with intellectual or developmental delays or disabilities live their best lives, the Susan Mizen Legacy Endowment Fund provides financial assistance to support the mission and ongoing operations of Horizons Specialized Services. This fund was established in honor of Susan Mizen, Horizons’ Executive Director from 1995 through 2019. Susan’s character, integrity, and respect for all created a culture committed to supporting individuals on their own path to success. The Susan Mizen Legacy Endowment Fund is intended to promote equity, inclusion, and opportunity and to advocate for autonomy and self-determination.
