By giving to Little Points of Light Campaign, you are supporting our Early Intervention and Family Support Programs. These programs work in your community to serve children 3 and under who are receiving speech, occupational, or physical therapies to reach milestones. Adult Program

The Adult Program Includes...

Supported Living Services include personal assistance with daily living and homemaking skills, professional services, and transportation. Residential Services are offered in a group home setting and provide 24-hour access to care. Day Program focuses on developing personal skills as well as attending community activities. Vocation Services is personalized job coaching.

Early Intervention is...

A branch of Horizons that offers services to families with a child ages 0-3 expressing delays in learning to crawl, walk, listen, speak, play, feed themselves, or struggling with self-soothing or expressing their feelings. Personalized plans allow for families to work with a Speech therapist, Occupation Therapist, and/or Physical Therapist (for free!)

General Operating

Where Does This Money Go?

Giving to this fund helps power the whole organization and is distributed to all five counties that we serve. From keeping all 8 group homes open and operational to supporting the salaries of our Direct Support Professionals, giving to General Operating helps to meet all the needs of our organization.
